A children’s pop-up book that explores how a home changes alongside a child as they grow up. Told from the child’s perspective, the book follows their relationship with the house through six chapters: Curiosity, Imagination, Play, Mess, Trouble, and Grow Up. As the chapters progress, the child grows older, and the house begins to reflect the different stages of their childhood. I created all of the illustrations and designed the book around the physical experience of a pop-up publication, using paper, structure, illustration, and typography to bring each stage of the story to life. Each chapter emphasizes a different part of growing up, showing how a house can become more than just a place to live—it can hold memories, experiences, and traces of the person growing inside it.
